The one-year Executive Fellowship provides an executive education certificate and includes a two-week all-inclusive Leadership Institute at Harvard’s Edmond & Lily Safra Center for Ethics, monthly mentorship sessions with relevant subject matter experts, virtual retreats, and ongoing professional development and networking opportunities as alumni. In addition, Mountaintop staff meet 1:1 with each Executive Fellow to determine their goals with the fellowship, and customize our training and mentorship offerings to meet their needs. All training is led by world class leaders at a level that is relevant to mid and senior level professionals.

 

Mountaintop accepts applications from individuals or employers looking to sponsor Executive Fellows. Mountaintop employer sponsors are governments, universities, NGOs, or social ventures that nominate one or more current staff to participate in the 12-month Executive Fellowship.​ To build an inclusive and representative cohort, we especially encourage women candidates to apply or be nominated for the Executive Fellowship.

The total cost of the Executive Fellowship is $6,000, which does not include the cost of flights or visa application fees for the Leadership Institute which must be covered separately (all other Leadership Institute expenses are covered by Mountaintop).
