TALENT MANAGEMENT

Mountaintop understands that many high impact organizations around the world share a common problem — hiring, retaining, and developing world class talent. Especially for high impact organizations working in low income communities, there are many structural barriers — such as lack of funding, staff capacity, or in-house expertise — to build teams that are strong enough to create scalable systems change. As part of our mission to build the inner capacity, or "human infrastructure," of communities so that they can address their own challenges, Mountaintop helps NGOs, governments, and other institutions to develop talent and deepen systems change.

This has included working with partners like 1 Day Africa, RIVET, and Trinity Church Wall Street Philanthropies to build custom talent solutions that have ranged from everything from sourcing and vetting talent in Zambia, designing and managing a grant program in New York City, and designing a fellowship for emerging Anglican leaders in Sub-Saharan Africa. Our goal is to meet our partners' needs by listening first, and then designing and implementing programs within our world class expertise in talent sourcing, fellowship and grant management, curriculum design, and facilitation.

Mountaintop's talent management services include:

  • Talent search

  • Custom training design and facilitation

  • Custom fellowships

  • Custom grant programs

  • A combination of the above

Prices are determined on a case-by-case basis. If you would like to get in touch about a talent management partnership, please reach out to info@mountaintop.international.

TESTIMONIAL

"I think the work that Mountaintop did during our recruitment process in Zambia was simply incredible and not just because they managed to identify the right talent but because they designed the criteria to our very specific needs."

Zacharia Kafuko, 1Day Africa Director (Lusaka, Zambia)
