Growing up in a small town in Maharashtra, India, with limited access to guidance and opportunities, Unnati’s personal journey inspires her dedication to empowering youth and women. Through her mentoring efforts, she facilitates storytelling circles and group discussions, creating inclusive spaces that foster meaningful connections and encourage personal growth. She also extends her expertise to support women entrepreneurs and nonprofit organizations, offering strategic guidance in branding, communication, and organizational strategy to help them build strong foundations and amplify their impact.

As an alumna of Jagriti Yatra, a transformative social entrepreneurship initiative, and a participant in Women Emerging's expedition on Leading with Disability and Chronic Conditions, she collaborated with 23 global women leaders to develop a leadership toolkit for women navigating disabilities and chronic health conditions.

Unnati is a dedicated advocate for inclusion and empathy, striving to create environments where authenticity, vulnerability, and imperfection are celebrated.
